Over the past few years Mitsubishi has launched a number of sporty variants of the current generation Magna which have included the Magna Sports and the VR-X. While these models aimed to give the Magna a more aggressive appearance and better handling, they provided only mildly better performance. However, one of the highlights of the newly released Ralliart Magna is the strong level of performance that it offers. The Ralliart Magna is the result of a joint development venture between Mitsubishi Motors Australia and Ralliart Australia (well known for running Mitsubishi’s factory rally team). The Ralliart Magna is perhaps Mitsubishi’s first serious attempt to provide a true high performance version of its Magna sedan. Along with a wildly aggressive body kit, the Ralliart Magna benefits from a significantly reworked engine that delivers a real performance boost.
