The Acer America (Acer) Notebook Protection Plan is available in two options, either screen-only or total unit protection. This program provides specific services, up to and including repair or replacement of the designated notebook, to assist in restoring your system to operation following accidental damage. The Notebook Protection Plan will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Data Sheet. Depending upon the type of coverage you have elected, this plan will provide either no charge screen repair or replacement determined by Acer or total unit repair or replacement for any accidental damage sustained on your notebook. SCOPE OF OFFERING Acer will provide those services (“Services”) and the equipment (“Replacement Equipment”) necessary, as specified below to help you to promptly resume computer operations following accidental damage of your notebook computer (“Covered Equipment”).
