Sprint User ManualJ2ME Application for Sanyo and Samsung To purchase, download and install the AccuWeather application from Sprint. 1. Ensure you are using an approved Sprint, J2ME compatible phone2. From the main screen on the phone, press the menu key, scroll down to Downloads, select Applications, and then select “Get New” 3. You will be connected to the Sprint Store.4. Scroll down until you see News and Weather (check this)5. Select the AccuWeather Application.6. You will then be give a choice to read more information or purchase7. If you select purchase, you will be asked to confirm you willingness to pay the monthly subscription fee. 8. You may be prompted to enter your SprintPCS password at this stage, if you have not previously made a purchase through your phone. If you do not know youpassword please contact Sprint (not AccuWeather) and their Customer Servicepersonnel should be able to help. 9. The Application then downloads and installs on your phone. Once this has been done, you will be given the chance to run the Application (see below) 10. That’s it!
