CPI-C programming is only raequired in the following cases: · Your program communicates with systems that do not support RFC (R/2 before Release 5.0D). · You want to define your own protocol on the basis of CPI-C.· You want to change an existing program which contains CPI-C calls.The Remote Function Call interface further simplifies the implementation of communication.
