Let me move on with the next slide. This shares alittle bit of the experience we have made with onetype of consolidation. I think I can share it rightnow. This is referring to my earlier statement aboutmoving transaction processing from one instance toanother instance. We faced some situations aboutthree years ago that we had two SAP applicationsfor order management and order fulfillment up andrunning for the direct and indirect business. We callit direct or indirect business; it’s mainlyreplenishment business. We realized that it is prettycostly to operate and run two SAP applications inparallel, so the decision was made to retire one ofthe smaller SAP applications and to move thebusiness we had in this particular instance to abigger SAP order management and order fulfillmentinstance. So in terms of benefits, we were quiteimpressed by the savings and as you can see, werealized annual savings of about $1.4 million. Themajority of these savings are the result of somereduction of test and development systems andproduction support.
