The main objective of the present deliverable is to produce a manual for Alternative Fuel Vehicles fleet operators. The present report is organized in the following manner: • In chapter 2 a description is made of Biodiesel as an Alternative Vehicle Fuel, including properties and characteristics, fuelling stations, vehicles maintenance, vehicles availability, safety and regulations, costs and frequently asked questions; • In chapter 3 a description is made of Ethanol as an Alternative Vehicle Fuel, including properties and characteristics, fuelling stations, vehicles maintenance, vehicles availability, safety and regulations, costs and frequently asked questions; • In chapter 4 a description is made of Compressed Natural Gas as an Alternative Vehicle Fuel, including properties and characteristics, fuelling stations, vehicles maintenance, vehicles availability, safety and regulations, costs and frequently asked questions; • In chapter 5 the main conclusions are summarized; • And finally, Sections A, B and C present practical examples for the referred fuels, a questionnaire for the erection of a Compressed Natural Gas/Hydrogen refuelling station and safety data sheets
