These are the terms and conditions of the Contract issued by the Peugeot Dealership noted on the Registration Page which will be appended to the warranty booklet issued at the time of delivery, whereby This Dealership agrees to cover the cost of necessary repair or replacement of covered components due to unforeseen failure during the term of this Cover. ■ SCOPE OF CONTRACT To indemnify the Contract Holder for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any of the components which were covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty for the Vehicle described on the Registration Page, (“the Vehicle)”, when such repair or replacement is necessitated by the unforeseen failure of such components during the period of cover, provided that such repair or replacement is first authorised by the Administrator, using genuine Peugeot components of a like kind and quality to those replaced. We will pay the cost of the repair or replacement of any particular component once only during the period of the Contract.
