The New Mégane range is now complete, with seven body types unveiled in 14 months. When the seven-seat version, dubbed Grand Scénic, goes on sale in spring 2004 to complement the five-seat New Scénic, Renault will be the first car manufacturer to offer two different vehicle lengths in the C segment, following the example of Espace at the top of the range. The New Scénic line-up thus caters to a variety of customer needs. Designed from the outset of the New Mégane programme, Grand Scénic retains a dynamic and harmonious design, thanks to a proper balance between the increased wheelbase and rear overhang, facilitating access to the third seat row and the luggage compartment.
