Having created a car that meets the needs of the local market in terms of configuration and fuel consumption, now Renault is working on the safety aspect of car design. Recent testing by the European New Car Assessment Program (NCAP) to access the ability of European cars to withstand impact give the Renault Clio favorable ratings and the larger Renault Laguna some of the highest ratings ever offered. The very popular Clio Classic has been on the Egyptian market now for approximately three years and is likely to be so for another three to five years more. This doesn’t mean, however, that Renault plans to rest on its laurels. On the contrary, new models will be introduced in the coming year, including the new Megane range, Scenic and Laguna, that Renault hopes will increase the Egyptian client base even further.
