Locate a Canon copier/printer to which you want to print; and make note of the 4-digit number labeled on the outside of the copier. 2. On your Windows computer, click the START button; then click “Printers and Faxes.” 3. Double-click “Add Printer” to start the Add Printer Wizard; then click Next. 4. Select “Network Printer;” then click Next. 5. Select “Find a printer in the directory;” then click Next.
